International multi-genre festival-competition "Krakow Treasures"

Main festival objectives:

• National cultures restoration, development and preservation
• Introduction with the best soloists and ensembles, the creation of a platform for creative exchange between participants, experience exchange
• Support and development of children's and youth creativity

* Organizers reserve the right to make temporary and programmatic changes to the festival schedule.

• Preparatory 3-5 years
• I group 6-8 years

Conditions of participation:

• For participation in the International Art Festival - Competition "Krakow Treasures" talented children, youth and adults according to age groups are invited.
• To participate in the competition program, participants submit two works or compositions in accordance with the nomination and genre
• . If necessary, participants can change the competitive works or compositions, but no later than 5 days before the festival-competition start by notifying the organizers of the festival (email). On the festival-competition day, changes to the entries are not allowed.

Competition jury:

• Competitive program is evaluated by a professional multidisciplinary international jury. Based on the results of the jury’s marks calculation, the participant’s rating is compiled and places are allocated: 1st, 2nd, 3rd - in each nomination in accordance with all genres and age groups.
• Final jury composition is approved by the organizers 7 days before the festival
• Juri reserves the right to change the program and performances
• The jury's decision is issued in the protocols and it is final.

The cost of the festival program (3 nights)

135 euros

The price includes:

• Lviv - Krakow - Lviv bus fare
• Accommodation in hotel 4 days / 3 nights
• 2 meals per day, starts on the day of arrival and ends on the day of departure
• tour in Krakow with a qualified guide (up to 2 hours)
• phone card for teams managers for communication with the organizers
• Valuable gifts from the organizers

Extra charge:

• extra night in Krakow (from 20 euro / person, incl. Breakfast)
• bus excursion in Zakopane (from 25 euro / person)
• excursion to the Wieliczka Salt Mine (about 25 euro / person)
• If needed - visa (adults: € 35 + € 25 service visa center; children under 18, students under 21 and pensioners: € 25 visa center services).

Participation terms:

The festival is competitive!

Entrance charitable contributions:

- groups (from 10 people) - 13 euros / participant

- groups (6 - 9 people inclusive) - 15 euros / participant

- small forms (3 - 5 people inclusive) - 20 euros / participant

- duets - 22 euros / participant

- artists - 15 euros / participant

- soloists - 25 euros. There is no soloists category in the pop singing, circus arts genre.

With individual participation and participation in the team, the participant pays only 25 euros ONCE.

In Ukraine, the calculation occurs in UAH at the rate of National Bank of Ukraine on the day of payment according to the invoice.

Festival - competition is not a commercial event. Contributions for participation in the festival are charitable and are directed towards the development of the arts of Ukraine, the organization and holding of the competition, the prize fund of the competition.

After 25.10.19 applications will be accepted on request.

Bank details for payment are sent on the request of the team leader after filing an application for participation.
