World Village Festival is held annually in the centre of Helsinki in the end of May. Over the weekend, the festival offers dozens of opportunities to experience music, dancing, theatre, literature, good food and topical discussions. The event is free and offers much to see and do for visitors of all ages.
World Village is one of the largest festivals and the largest CSO event in Finland, gathering together hundreds of performers, artists, organizations, food vendors and over 80,000 visitors annually. The main theme of the festival changes every year from one globally relevant topic to another.
