Easter folklore festival in Prague, officially organized by Blue Diamond Folklore Festivals, traditionally takes place on an open-air stage at one of the central squares of the town. Numerous folklore groups from all around the world present their dances on the stage. And through the dances, they bring their culture and tradition closer to the visitors. You will be surprised by how the youngest dancers perform what’s authentic and typical for their country. You will be astonished by the colourful costumes and embroideries. This is the biggest folklore festival in Prague. Children and adult groups are both welcome to participate.

If you would like to join this festival as a participant, you should know that the age and the number of dancers in the group are not limited. We accept folklore dancing groups, choruses, majorettes, and musical bands whose performance is related to the tradition. Modern and contemporary dance schools are also welcome to participate in the second part of the program with group performances as individual performers can not participate. The accommodation is provided in 3* hotels where you get two meals daily. For three nights in the hotel, you pay 139 € per person. Apart from the obligating performance, you will have plenty of free time. We organize a boat ride on the Vltava river and a spectacular folklore show with dinner in a traditional Czech restaurant.
