The festival begins by approaching the Triangolo Lariano as a layered landscape shaped by natural and cultural processes, including the lake, rivers, forests, abandoned paths, and traces of ancient crossings. The inaugural edition draws inspiration from erratic boulders, fragments of rock transported by glaciers and left far from their place of origin more than ten thousand years ago, foreign yet fully integrated into the Lake Como landscape. Like these stones, the invited artists come from elsewhere and temporarily inhabit the territory, embedding their practices within the environment and fostering exchanges between artistic practices, landscape, and community.
